Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MK Solution (엠케이솔루션, Business Reg. No. 219-20-84562, Republic of Korea) handles personal information on mksolution.app and in client work.

What this website collects

Nothing automatically. The site uses no analytics, no advertising cookies and no forms. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write.

How we use it

• To reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver the agreed service.
• We do not sell, rent or share your information for anyone else’s marketing.

Client advertising and business data

When a client grants us access to its advertising accounts (for example Google Ads or Meta) or business tools, we use that data only to manage campaigns and produce reports for that same client. We access it through official APIs with the client’s authorization, never share it with other clients or third parties, and remove our access and stored copies within 30 days after the engagement ends, or sooner on request.

Processors

We use standard providers to run the business, such as Google (Gmail) for email and Cloudflare for hosting and email forwarding. They process data on our behalf under their own security terms.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the relationship and for records required by Korean tax law, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@mksolution.app. We reply within 10 business days.
