These terms apply to mksolution.app and to services provided by MK Solution (엠케이솔루션, Business Reg. No. 219-20-84562, Republic of Korea).
Services
MK Solution provides operations automation, digital marketing, and AI training and consulting services, including advertising campaign management, tracking setup, reporting, website builds and workshops. The scope, fee and timeline of each engagement are set in a written proposal or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
Access to your accounts
Where a service requires it, you grant us access to your advertising accounts and tools. You remain the owner of those accounts, their data and their spend. You can revoke our access at any time.
Results
Figures on this website describe past work. Advertising and business results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Intellectual property
Deliverables become yours once paid for. We may reuse general know-how and our own tools, and we never publish client names or data without written permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
